Overview
Scenario : The Island of Everon.
|
Advanced Flag Fight Gametype : The same as normal Flag Fight (aka Capture the Flag) but with these additions:
Flagtime : Flagcarriers must capture their flag within a previously determined period of time, else the flag is automatically brought back to it's teams flag base. This period of time can be set in the configuration screen together with the Timelimit. However, if the flagcarrier stays within 10 metres of radius from his team's flagpost, he can hold the flag for as long as he wants.
Vehicle Respawn / Return : All vehicles respawn at their home base after a period of time which is dependant on their vehicle type (ex. Choppers will respawn after 2 minutes, while trucks respawn after 10 seconds). Additionaly, soldiers can destroy abandoned trucks with the "Send back to base" command, so they can respawn at their home base and pick freshly up respawned soldiers (note: you can destroy your enemy's trucks in the same way, but it may not be a good idea)
Dead Zone - Team Dead Zone : All players cannot leave the mission area, which is marked in light orange color in the tactical map screen, or they will suffer repeated damage. Also, players who attempt to rack up easy kill points by entering their enemy's respawn area will suffer the same fate.
Secondary Objectives : Completing secondary objectives does not add extra points to the team's score but increases both pressure on the enemy flag and team firepower. Capturing and holding the city of Chotain gives you access to the Blackhawk and the Bradley, while refueling the Bradley increases it's capacities as an offensive weapon.
"Send back to base" command : Players can send back any unused trucks to the relative home base by using the command "Send back to base" in the vicinity of that vehicle. Please note that you cannot send back unempty or destroyed trucks, and that you can actually send back enemy trucks to the enemy base (this might not be a good idea)
