Put all addons in your addon directory, and put file "streetEn.pbo" in your campaign directory.
Attention! You must replace addons "AK_hemp_medium.pbo" and "FIN_mib.pbo" for correct work,
even if you have either addon, because I deleted some bugs in their "config.cpp" files.

You also need this addons:
1) Lincoln LS by "Mehanic" (LincolnLS.pbo).
2) Lincoln Town Car Black by "Colonel Klink" (CWKLCBN.pbo)
3) Mafia by "T-REX" (dkmm_m500.pbo and J.pbo)
